NOTE: Your UTV must have a ROPS or roll bar system installed on your John Deere Gator for our soft enclosures to work. Older model years prior to ROPS being required must have a CalMarc ROPS installed for our soft enclosure to work. Our enclosure does not have any framework. Please be sure to ask any questions prior to ordering (we attempt to describe in detail but if we missed anything or you wish clarification, please feel free & be sure to ask us prior to ordering). Soft Cab System: STANDARD. 2 Soft REAR Panel w/ vinyl window. 3 both Soft DOORS w/ vinyl windows. 4 Clear Lexan Windshield with Quick Connect Clamps (Split Style w/ Dual Vents). Doors can be unzipped, rolled back, and secured open with the included straps/tabs/snaps for those warmer days. There is a zipper across both doors on each side which will allow you to fully remove each side panel easily. This zipper allows you to removed each panel on each side (this would include both the front seat and rear seat door). Lexan Windshield is a 2 pc or split style and includes dual vents in lower section. Dual Vents in lower section of Lexan Windshields. Vents open/close by sliding. Vents can be omitted if you wish. NOTE: This soft enclosure is designed to work with XUV or other model Gators which come standard with Roll Bars and ROPS. Our soft enclosures does not come with a frame work or roll bars, it assumes you already have Roll Bars or ROPS installed on your UTV. Thus, it will not fit the TX Gator (which does not come standard with Roll Bars or ROPS) unless you have installed a Calmarc roll bar style to your TX model. PROUDLY Made in the USA. The Full Cab Enclosure with a Lexan Windshield will fit all JOHN DEERE “GATOR”. The enclosure is available in solid colors of Heavy Duty top gun marine canvas or in Camo patterns made of heavy duty Cordura nylon. The TOP GUN marine canvas fabric is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, and UV resistant. Black and Beige are in-stock colors but additional colors are available upon request. The 1000 denier Cordura nylon Camo patterns have a polyurethane backing for water resistance. This is the same high quality fabric found in the big name backpacks. This rugged fabric is made from Invista’s acclaimed, patented high performance polymer, designed for superior strength and abrasion resistance. The WINDSHIELD is 1/4 Lexan so it will not bow at high speed and door & back windows are made of 30 gauge Aqua-View smoked vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity. The enclosure adheres to the cab with heavy duty Velcro hook & loop along with 2 Poly-Pro webbing that is manufactured for industrial use. The Poly-Pro webbing has a tensile strength of 2,000 pounds. As with all enclosures, the full cab enclosure is hand measured and manufactured in the USA for superior fit and quality. The product kit includes the adhesive Velcro as well as installation and care instructions. PREMIUM – Level 2 Lexan Windshield (Mid-Range). Quick Connect Clamps for easy on and off of windshield. Uses 2 pc powder coated steel clamps on frame plus one tightening knob. Clamps and know stay on UTV when windshield is off. Lexan (Can run both pieces for full coverage, for air flow just run bottom or top). Dual vents (open/close by sliding). Heavy Duty Automotive Edge trim at hood line & sides of flexible PVC. Bottom edge padded to seal any gap. Thickness; 1/4 (Won’t bow when hauling or driving at high speeds). The lexan may have bends to better fit the UTV design and/or add strength. Please refer to photo. Detailed installation instructions and hardware is provided with this package. 250 Times the Impact Strength of Glass. Excellent Sound Abatement Properties. Quick Connect Clamps to affix Lexan to frame. Maintenance / Cleaning: Always hose off any excess dirt/mud before cleaning. Very gently wash with a solution of mild soap (like Dawn dish soap) and lukewarm water. Do not apply hard pressure. Only use a soft, dirt free cloth or sponge. This Lexan 9034 does not have a Margard Coating like the MR-10. There are some who make polish specific for Lexan. Tinted lexan is no longer available. If you prefer not to have vents, let us know after the order is placed and we can amend your order. Quick Connect Clamps are removable. We only recommend installing windshield wipers to our Level 3 MR-10 lexan windshield (our Deluxe / Level 3 lexan windshield). This enclosure is BRAND NEW. Made to order for you! It is a durable, high count woven polyester that is coated on both sides with a specially formulated polymeric coating that will not harden, crack or peel after outdoor exposure or extreme temperatures. The coating adds UV, Mildew & Water Resistance but can still breath so it will not trap excess moisture. The stitching is a continuous multi-filament polyester yarn. Google it and you will find out just how durable this material is. Its stretch-ability is limited to 1% and this helps it to retain the nice tight fit you would expect from a high quality enclosure. Take a close look at the windows on others, they can look pretty crinkled. When you initially take the few extra minutes to install the enclosure properly, you will love the tight fit that makes it stand out among others. The doors roll back and strap to the rear for that open air feel. You won’t have to remove doors & store them away under your seat. The Lexan Windshield is made of 1/4″ Lexan which is much stronger than the 3/16″ versions that will bow at high speeds with fast sport UTV’s. We also use quick connect clamps with our Lexan screens. These make installation a BREEZE! After the clamps are on your roll bar, you never have to remove them to take your windshield off. Just loosen the knob bolts to remove the Windshield. You are getting the best of both worlds here. Our Lexan Windshields includes a 2 strip of rubber edging along the bottom and both sides. This edging protects the Windshield from hitting the rollbar when running hard and the rubber edging stops that cold. Even though one person can do it, two people are recommended to take advantage of its ability to fit tight. The long, heavy 2 wide strips of hook & loop fasteners (Velcro) hold the enclosure tight in place. This kit comes with full instructions. Enclosures are attached to the roll bars, frame members, and/or body at various points using Velcro with self adhesive backing (placement will be different for each make/model). These pre-cut Adhesive Hook & Loop strips are applied to the various attachment points (roll bar, frame, and/or body) and will remain there if you decide to remove the enclosure during the warmer months. Most owners elect to leave the enclosures on during the warmer months and if they include doors, they run with them secured in the open position. Some owners remove the enclosure completely and elect to leave the Velcro attached to the UTV for easy attachment the next winter. However, we have a small group who remove the Velcro from the roll bars, frame, and/or body completely when they remove the enclosure during the warmer months. The Velcro can be removed and the surface cleaned with a remover like Goof-Off. For these individuals, we sell a replacement adhesive Velcro kit. NOTE: This applies mostly to styles that work with an existing hard windshield, poly top, or hard back panel such as Soft DOOR Kit, Soft Doors + Rear Panel combo, or Soft Back Panel styles of enclosures. Once satisified, cut to go around the brackets and seal the raw edge with a match or lighter to seal (have a damp rag handy just in case). The enclosure adheres to the cab with heavy duty Velcro hook & loop along with 2 Poly-Pro webbing that is manufactured for industrial use. The Poly-Pro webbing has a tensile strength of 2,000 pounds. As with all enclosures, the full cab enclosure is hand measured and manufactured in the USA for superior fit and quality. The product kit includes the adhesive Velcro as well as installation and care instructions. Our enclosures are attached to the roll bars, frame members, and/or body at various points using Velcro with self adhesive backing (placement will be different for each make/model). These Velcro strips are applied to the various attachment points (roll bar, frame, and/or body) and will remain there if you decide to remove the enclosure during the warmer months. Most owners elect to leave the enclosures on during the warmer months and if they include doors, they run with them secured in the open position. These make installation a BREEZE! After the clamps are on your roll bar, you never have to remove them to take your windshield off. Just loosen the knob bolts to remove the Windshield. Our JOHN DEERE GATOR XUV Mini Cab combines the Vinyl WINDSHIELD, the Soft TOP, and the REAR PANEL with a Vinyl WINDOW all into an economical package! The Mini Cab Enclosure uses the finest professional grade marine fabric made of 100% polyester with stay-true long lasting colors with stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. Our marine fabric is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, mildew and UV resistant. The windshield and rear window are made of durable Aqua-View Smoked vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity. Uses marine sewing thread made from selected high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns. Along with the highest quality materials, all Enclosures are hand measured and handcrafted to ensure a precise fit. The Mini Cab provides shelter from rain, wind, sun, and snow. The Summer Cab comes complete with self-adhesive Velcro, installation and care instructions. Everything is included in the Summer Cab package for easy installation. Our enclosures are attached to the roll bars, frame members, and/or body at various points using Velcro with self adhesive backing (placement will be different for each make/model). These Velcro strips are applied to the various attachment points (roll bar, frame, and/or body) and will remain there if you decide to remove the enclosure during the warmer months. Most owners elect to leave the enclosures on during the warmer months and if they include doors, they run with them secured in the open position. Some owners remove the enclosure completely and elect to leave the Velcro attached to the UTV for easy attachment the next winter. However, we have a small group who remove the Velcro from the roll bars, frame, and/or body completely when they remove the enclosure during the warmer months. The Velcro can be removed and the surface cleaned with a remover like Goof-Off. For these individuals, we sell a replacement adhesive Velcro kit. This enclosure is BRAND NEW. Made to order for you! This enclosure isn’t your run of the mill, inexpensively made enclosure from. Pacific Eagle Enclosures are proudly made in the. Using only the highest grade and time proven materials. The material withstands being stretched over a boat for years on end enduring the buffeting wind, blowing rain, and harsh sun. This marine canvas fabric is the Top Gun brand. It is a durable, high count woven polyester that is coated on both sides with a specially formulated polymeric coating that will not harden, crack or peel after outdoor exposure or extreme temperatures. The coating adds UV, Mildew & Water Resistance but can still breath so it will not trap excess moisture. The stitching is a continuous multi-filament polyester yarn. Google it and you will find out just how durable this material is. Its stretch-ability is limited to 1% and this helps it to retain the nice tight fit you would expect from a high quality enclosure. Even though this package does not include a zipper or lexan windshield, we discuss these features so you can get a feel of our quality of materials and workmanship used on all our enclosures. You can see the large industrial sized zippers and the clarity of view through your Lexan windshield & the heavy Vinyl windows used on the doors / rear window panel & more. Take a close look at the windows on others, they can look pretty crinkled. When you initially take the few extra minutes to install the enclosure properly, you will love the tight fit that makes it stand out among others. The Lexan Windshield is made of 1/4″ Lexan which is much stronger than the 3/16″ versions that will bow at high speeds with fast sport UTV’s. We also use quick connect clamps with our Lexan screens. These make installation a BREEZE! After the clamps are on your roll bar, you never have to remove them to take your windshield off. Just loosen the knob bolts to remove the Windshield. You are getting the best of both worlds here. Our Lexan Windshields includes a 2 strip of rubber edging along the bottom and both sides. This edging protects the Windshield from hitting the rollbar when running hard and the rubber edging stops that cold. Even though one person can do it, two people are recommended to take advantage of its ability to fit tight. The long, heavy 2 wide strips of hook & loop fasteners (Velcro) hold the enclosure tight in place. This kit comes with full instructions.
