If it is a hard top, is it factory or after market. If after market I need you to take 1 measurement so we can get everything correct for you. Go to where your roll bar enters plastic (down near hood). Start at that point and follow the roll bar to bottom of hard top. Send me that measurement and I will take care of the rest. If you don’t have a top, just let me know which one you may be adding in the future. This is our premium model. Made from 1/4 Double sided mar-resistant or AR coated (same thing) Lexan (poly carbonate) and have all the same features and benefits of the standard model. We have selected the premium grade of material to make our Mar-Resistant windshields from. We are using 1/4 Poly-carbonate Makrolon(r) AR double sided none tougher coating. We manufacture our windshield here in the good old USA. We design them differently if you have a hard or soft top. For the hard top the bend in the Lexan tilts forward. For the soft top we bend it backwards so it tucks under your soft top so no water gets in when it rains. All of our windshields are tight fitting to the body. We also make our windshields wider so they overlap the roll bar half way on both sides making it more rigid and better fitting. Resting it on the bars like we do combined with the front support bracket makes our windshield more convex, most are concave and cause a terrible glare. We also give them a nice rounded edge; I know I want my bike to look sharp. Each windshield includes the following: Body molding around the bottom to protect your bike. 5 rubber brackets to secure your windshield to roll bar. 4 velcro straps, 1 center support piece and rubber bracket. We also include stainless nuts, bolts and lock washers. 4 rubber bumpers to protect your hood and windshield. Are all these things necessary? It is designed to be easy to work with as well. We also include instructions. Each windshield is individually made so we can custom size your windshield at no additional cost. So if you have a special top we will make the windshield to fit.
